Free Universal Early Education for Three and Four year olds (15 Hours) - Free Universal

All 3 and 4 years olds are entitled to 15 hours free Early Education a week for 38 weeks a year from the term (not half term) after your child’s 3rd birthday. You will not be charged a fee for this free place. The 15 hours can be claimed entirely at Inaya Early Years or you can split the funded hours between two settings.

Extended Early Education for Three and Four year olds (30 hours)

Extended Early Education is available to eligible children whose parents meet the set criteria from the school term after they turn 3 years of age. The Government provides up to 30 hours funding. The amount of funded sessions we accept is limited. Please ask the Nursery Manager if you wish to enquire about the Extended Early Education Funding. The amount of the funding is pro rata over the term and will be incorporated in your monthly invoice. Bank Holidays cannot form part of the hours your child is eligible to receive.

New Childcare Choices Website – www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

This website will provide parents with a simple point of information for all the government funded childcare offers, including the two newest offers: 30 hours free childcare and tax free childcare. The Childcare Choices website includes a childcare calculator (www.gov.uk/childcare-calculator) for parents to compare all the government childcare offers and check what works best for their families. Through the site parents can also pre-register for email alerts that will notify them when they can apply, as well as providing details of existing government childcare offers.

Fees

Sibling Discount

A discount of 10% is available when two or more siblings attend the nursery at the same time. Discount is available to 1child only and will be given to one sibling paying the lowest rate. Discount is not available for Term Time Only sessions.

Late Payments

A late payment fee of £50.00 will be charged if an invoice is not settled within 14 days.

Late Collection/Early Drop Off

Children dropped off more than 10 minutes before their session or picked up later than 10 minutes after their session will be charged at £10.00 per 10 minute increments. However, If you notify us at least a day in advance, we will charge, in arrears, the appropriate hourly rate for early drop off or late collection.
Children must be collected promptly at the end of their session. The Nursery has an Uncollected Child Policy which will be adopted in the event your child is not collected.
